WATCHFUL

There were signs of Spring in the Park this afternoon, ducks pairing up, a swan nesting in the reeds and smaller birds gathering nesting material(extra), as well as one or two bees in the heather.
I took a bootful of stuff to the charity shop and brought down a couple of big boxes from the loft ready to take most of the contents to the recycling centre tomorrow. I've nearly finished my filing and tonight I'm out for a curry with friends, so I feel as though I've achieved something.

And it's stopped me sitting here doomscrolling through all the unspeakable horrors.
