Rope Rescue is an additional capability that carried out by four stations across the country and one of the best parts of the job.

Especially on days like today were we managed to get off station to practise our skills in a local beauty spot.

Stunning day for it too, felt like summer at times, looking across the Forth and out to the bridges.
