Dinner…

Room service wasn’t answering so I took myself down to the bar for dinner (and a glass of wine instead of a tray charge).

It was pleasant, sitting overlooking the wet road with rain falling in fits and starts. I chatted to a couple who were travelling to Hawaii to meet their daughter from the US. They had also come a day early for the Covid test and to avoid the potential flooding between Sydney and Newcastle.

I had a fisherman’s basket.
