How dependent we are on the internet these days? We can’t even ring out or receive calls on either mobiles or landline. So we are here having an afternoon tea while catching up on e mails, answering messages, and of course loading my blip!

For a media company Virgin media need to learn how to communicate with each other! This is all very frustrating and stressful.
