Took a moment away and headed to the beach with the girls while visiting my mum-in-law whose ill. Nature always soothes my soul and this picture made me pause and reflect. Even though we are all utterly heartbroken at watching someone we love slip away from life, I thought about the utter hell Ukrainians are living through and how much we have to be grateful for.
