High-wing Tail-dragger Airplane

While soaking up the afternoon sunshine I noticed a small airplane lazily doing the same thing.
I would happily have been up there with them but being on the ground was just fine with me.
I'm not sure what aircraft this might be.
My first thought was a Piper Cub, but the landing gear is not quite right.
