Yummy :-)

Wanted something tasty for afters. I scanned the cupboard & fridge and with the help of the modern day always available cookbook (internet) came up with this lemon cheescake topped with crumbled flake. My chief taster (fab son) says its "Mmmm yummy mummy" :-)
