Grandma

I was too small to remember much about Grandma Beatie as she died when I was very young, but in thinking of International Women's Day I was looking through photos and came across this image of her taken on her wedding day.  It would be easy to think that she didn't have much of an impact on my life but the reality is that she did through her example, input and shaping of the life of my Father, and after they were married, my Mum as well.
