Imada

We parked the car on the road behind the peak left of centre. We then walked the 2 kilometres down the road in shot to the pretty village of Imada and then did a challenging walk which involved some scrambling up and down rocky paths. We only had one walking pole each but we needed the other hand to hold on the rocks and stoop down on my bum for safety.
We saw lots of pretty wildflowers, some goats, a man harvesting his potato crop and I was very surprised to see the fruit of the almond trees which seem to have grown very quickly after the blossom in January, apparently they need a long time to mature. A very enjoyable day which we finished with a swim. Just a light refreshing welcome breeze while we were walking.
