Learning to drive

On a Friday afternoon when the time hangs heavy, I looked out of the window to see the world's worst trainee driver. 

It took the poor fecker 4 minutes to drive from #1088 to #1062, That's slower than Mrs. Ottawacker drives on the highway.

How people can learn to drive when they are actually stationary is beyond me.
