Historic Top House Hotel.

Todays motorcycle ride took us 600 metres high up to St Arnaud where we turned left and headed up the Wairau Valley but before that I caught a view of Top House Hotel in my rear view mirror.

Top House Hotel has a bit of history way back in the 1800's with romance, murder and suicide. If you want the full story take a look here!

It seems they also have a ghost in the hotel too who has nothing to do with the murders, interested? Take a look in "Look here!" above.

If you look at the Blip there is a small building on the left of the hotel this is deemed to smallest pub in New Zealand.

Yes it was a good 300 kms ride.
