Heart of Gold

After a weekend away I needed to do a "mini" weekly shop and headed over to the large supermarket at Brookwood. I had meant to grab lunch in the cafe there, but it was so nice outside (albeit a bit chilly), I instead bought sandwiches and went to the nearby country park to eat them in the car while reading a photo mag with Classic FM quietly playing in the background - bliss!

It was then time for a walk through the park and along the Basingstoke Canal path. The gorse bushes had few flowers, and I was drawn by the rarely observed open flower centre - just the job for some more practice with the Laowa 85mm 2:1 manual macro lens and the Tiny Tuesday challenge.
