Spent the day with the Mrs chilling out and going out for dinner. I really like Italian restaurants with authentic Italian ingredients. Small places with high quality and low volume. There’s a few of them in Nagoya and this one is right down the street.

The pasta and risotto had crazy flavour and proper aldente pasta with that extra bite to them. You know after you eat food and the flavour lingers in your mouth for ages? Yeah, that’s the whole course of tonight’s dinner. Loved it. Was humming and singing when eating…. Crazy.
