Esteemed Guests

Absolutely honoured today to host Graham Colling, one of our esteemed Blipfoto directors (but more importantly, a friend), and his wife. We did the "Chapel walk", and had a simple lunch of spaghetti with tomato sauce, and ended up with coffee at my new favourite place in Monsaraz.

One of the ideas we mulled over was having a Blipmeet here, for a few days, possibly in October, or maybe next Spring. Not exactly a photography workshop (though I'm hoping for some tips!), but with plenty of opportunities for photography, in Lisbon as well as here, and including an astrophotography workshop with a local expert (this area was the first Dark Sky reserve in Europe). Any takers? Any ideas?

Lent verses were Luke 11v29-32, where Jesus says to the crowd:
The mood of this age is all wrong. Everybody's looking for proof, but you're looking for the wrong kind...
I do wonder sometimes what would prove God's existence and love to people...
