Birdwatching

M and I joined John RH & W for a spot of birdwatching this morning.  As is often the case, when you go out looking for birds, they suddenly become rather elusive.  We did see a Merganser, Greylags, Swans, Herons, and Gadwalls amongst the usual suspects.  We also enjoyed sitting in the garden at Natural Surroundings with a coffee and later a walk around the Bayfield estate.  It was a beautiful day, and milder than it has been lately, a lovely way to spend the morning.
