Resting Sheep

Made a batch of sourdough this morning, thought I would try something different so its granary with walnut and sultana. Not sure how it will turn out as it isn't rising very quickly.
Between making the dough I cut all the lawns for the first time as always at this time of year some bits were still very short and others were so long they were a job to cut.
This afternoon I went for a walk as far as the river and my friends pet sheep were taking it easy under the May blossom.
Been a really good day sunny and warm didn't put my jacket on to go for the walk.
