Birdsong

In the morning calm,
Take time to gaze and ponder.
Hear the sweet birdsong

Back blip.
Such a still morning, it was quiet apart from the sound of the birds.
A welcome peaceful start to yet another busy day.

We were supposed to be going away for the weekend, but the caravan site is waterlogged, so we have had to cancel. We will go next weekend instead hopefully.
