Moroccan Tfya

We usually go on holiday to Agadir in Morocco in the first three months of the year.
In fact we returned from holiday on this day three years ago.

We love the food of Morocco so today I have recreated a favourite side dish, Tfya.

Sliced onions and sultanas simmered in spices including ginger, turmeric, cinnamon, etc. Regretfully we are out of orange blossom water.
