The Ides of March approach.

Beware.

The weather usually changes - becomes very wet. Could be the Ukraine's saving grace. Meanwhile Putin is replacing sabre rattling with the total destruction of a previously friendly country. The Russian people and their neighbours have not had much luck with their choice of despots over the centuries. They should revisit their selection process.

In other news....thanks to all for all the comments on another blip birthday that sneaked up, I should have taken a more creative blip but hey ho...Knees must.

In other other news...I have graduated from crutches to a stick. Tentative steps were taken outdoors. Still not much fun but progress in the right direction, as opposed to the crutches where the direction travelled certainly had a random element. No pills though, so far more lucid than yesterday.
