Foam pillow

When I’m tired a hot bath wakes me up

Not sure what I did wrong this eve but the bubble situation got a bit out of control and went up the sides of the bath, a lot! Just a very well known, decent value black pepper muscle soak gel which I’ve used for ages it has a lovely warming smell but is bright red. Oddly after I let the bath water out some of the foam stayed where it was for about 24 hours which was a bit unsettling. Made me wonder what chemicals I was bathing in.
