Delighted to see Siskins feeding at the ultra cage. They are a very rare visitor to our garden so I assumed they were greenfinches at first.

I apologise for the lack of sharpness on my subjects, the feeder claimed focus, I have enhanced the colours to highlight markings.

Elsewhere the Magpie pair work hard weaving a deep cone-shaped basket above the surviving cup of last year's nest.
