Cheery fella

Went for a run over the moors with the dog. As we were skirting the rubbish dump or coup on very difficult tussocky wet ground, I spotted this wee cheery fella smiling at us. Cheered me up but saddened me at the same time that someone would throw away a perfectly good toy rather than give it away, so another child could enjoy it
