Line Of Beauty

Otherwise known as an s-curve, a device used in art to emphasize innate beauty in nature, often with figures, although, as here, in landscape as well. Quite often used in portrait orientation, but in this case I liked it better this way and to stretch the shape further I cropped to 16:9 format.

I think the shape also makes a letter S, perhaps for spring? Although today was another two hat day (a reference to yesterday's post), next week the temperatures are rising and I fully expect the lake ice to melt before long.
