Lungwort

I have been working in the garden today and making the most of a daywith good weather.

This lungwort or pulmonaria is providing some colour, I love how different coloured flowers grow on the same plant. It provides nectar for early insects too.

It used to be used to treat lung diseased as people thought that the leaves looked like diseased lungs.
