Bathroom Boogie!

The latest corridor display board created by my class at school was completed today! The writing is now all stapled down and the characters are securely in place. :-P 

The theme of the board is Bathroom Boogie which is a book written by Clare Foges, who also wrote Kitchen Disco...another class favourite! As you read the book you watch the bathroom tiles turn into a dance floor and the light become a disco ball in a very splashy bash! The shower makes a rain dance, the mouthwash does back flips, the toothbrushes bop and rave to the hot tap's funky beats...and then there is the toothpaste squirting all it's paste out and the loofahs doing the limbo under some dental floss!! 

My class brought in their own empty bathroom bottles of soap, shampoo and bubble bath to create their Bathroom Boogie character. They have also written instructions on how to clean your teeth, invitations to the boogie, descriptions of characters in the story and those they created. 

I really like the bright colours!
