Fritillaries in the garden

I bought these recently in a pot from a supermarket, hoping they would do well. I haven't planted them out yet, so I put the pot on a fence post to be able to allow a lens to look up into the flowers' bells shape. I think it also needs a flash or some other form of illumination, and I need a new back. At least the sun was shining.
