Clutter

Strava Day 292/ 75 Hard Phase 3 Day 1. Two gallons and the two 45 minute workouts done. Mindfulness and forest bath done as well. Will be reading Alain de Botton's Architecture of Happiness again. Maybe this time I will be able to appreciate it.

This is me, doing my best to accept that not everything can be organized into colours and boxes. Sometimes, we just can't be put into one category. Just like Emmy Melli's "I am Woman" song on Spotify, we women can sometimes be stronger, sometimes more feminine and sometimes possibly androgynous. In the end, no one should care as long as we are following laws, and making sure we respect traditions, authority and other people's choices/preferences.

T got his first vaccine earlier. Grateful that face to face classes might be possible for him within this year. The pandemic has greatly affected all our lives however it also gave us an opportunity to be closer as a family.

Humor: 
We (B, T and I) attempted to submit an entry to Cartoon Network Asia's movement challenge. However, it was T who gave up after less than 10 minutes of pre-workout/ cardio. After attempting another round, we decided to give it up and just laugh about it. 

Featured photo: Half of T and Tita Dang's working table at our Shangri-la Garden. Table was made by Gramps years back when a storm hit Bicol region. Asked T if we could work on our Become Studios' undated journal today together however, he needed to go to the local vaccination site so as not to miss the chance to get government sponsored shots.
