One small step, one big. Van

Actually it felt like a big step,  from our back door down to ground level.
My first outdoor blip for 3 months, from back door to back gate.,that’s  about15 yards.
I arrived at the gate just as this van arrived at the end of the drive, to deliver — a walking stick, which I think heralds the arrival of more hard work, so that I can be let loose in the world.
