Top of the Five Rise

Taken on my late afternoon run. It was beautiful but I made hard work of it today.

Speaking of the Five Rise... if anyone is interested in canals, I can recommend Robbie Cumming's Canal Boat Diaries on BBC iPlayer and his YouTube channel. He went down the Five Rise on last night's episode :-)

As a devotee of  British sitcoms and Rumpole of the Bailey, I was very sad to hear that Peter Bowles passed away today. I shed a tear :'(
