Migraine

I don’t get them as often any more. But this was the worst one I have ever had.
Severe headache, blurred vision, flashing lights with my eyes closed. It hit out of nowhere at 8:30am Thursday, it finally eased off at 00.40am Friday.
So a day off work, a beautiful sunny day, was spent in bed avoiding light.
Yay.
