After some housework I ran up the road to meet someone from the running group who is trying to get going again. We did about 5+k in a loop (though I missed recording some of it) and then I ran back home, 7+ miles altogether. Passed this dead tree standing out against the sky, shame I couldn't avoid the telephone wire.
The afternoon was spent gardening and sewing, and Mr Rat made the tea.
