Saturday Night Treat

Baileys on the rocks biscuits! Ok, not quite right, the biscuit is obviously on top of the drink but that's not the point. The point is that I've been baking again and had freshly baked, hot biscuits to go with my Baileys ... aaahhh
Well deserved I might add, had a busy day with sh.. loads of wash, chopping firewood, baking, walking dogs, ...

Just for the record, the biscuit pictured is a 'Black& White' (chocolate) and I've also baked a batch of 'ButterScotchies'. That should do for the week ahead ;)
