The weather becomes more spring like and we will watch the Scotland v Ireland Rugby match followed by the Formula 1 qualifying session in the first of 23 races.

The actual cars are very different from previous years. Drivers have changed teams. Sponsors have been dropped, and hopefully the rules will be applied without fear or favour.

I have no "investment" in either the rugby match or the race. I just want to see sport played well.
