Day 079/22. Peregrines back in Winchester

A pair of Peregrines have returned to Winchester Cathedral. Nesting way up on the north side, two eggs so far. Goggle 'peregrine webcam winchester' for a live view.
Peregrines have not had an easy time. Because they like to eat pigeons the Government ordered for many to be killed during the Second World War, so that they did not intercept pigeons carrying secret messages.
