All Packed Up and Ready to Roll

Every day is getting closer to D-day, as in, 'Departure Day'.  Today, we packed up our Bike Fridays.  Bike Fridays are fantastic for traveling!  They fold up easily & disassemble to fit perfectly in Samsonite suitcase.  Tucked in amongst the bike parts are my cycling accessories - clip-in shoes, gloves, lock, tool bag and one pannier (the other is my 'carry-on' bag.)  Our local bike shop kindly weighed our bikes.  We want to make sure we are under the airline's 50 lb. weight limit before we get to the airport!  Whew, mine is  49 lbs, my husband's is 47 lbs.
