Lunch Spot

We have had lovely bitsa walks today.  The first walk took us to very high stiles, so 3 of us decided to do something else.  We walked down the Motatapu river instead of up the river like the other walkers did.  We soon came to an electric fence, (extra 1) so turned around and walked back to the car.  We then drove to Glendhu Bay, and walked from there to this seat where the view was amazing.  (Main photo)  The second extra is the same view without the people.    

We had a welcome cuppa at the Motatapu Bike Cafe before heading for home.  11K steps, or 8 k's.  A lovely day out with friends.  9 there today.
