Another stunning day
Clients, cuppa at Tyninghame Smiddy then a walk along Tyninghame sands… and then back for another cuppa at the Smiddy. The sparrows were a tweeting, the welcome was friendly. The world was good
Home to garden and cook then Porty for Body Combat and a very sociable Turkish Baths. The plunge pool is so bloody cold on a Monday after it’s weekly refill!
