Fisticuffs

The magpie ensemble have gone from being friendly and gregarious to one another to very territorial and fights have broken out near the feeder this afternoon.  Flattened on its back the poor one underneath had a very hard time.

They seem to like the fat balls and jump up to peck bits out that in turn fall onto the grass. See a more spreadeagled jump in the Extra.
