Woodgrain

Today was the long awaited project day! Our friends arrived early, we quickly bought out the Home Depot, and soon got down to constructing. Next door to our workspace in the garage was a storage space full of sandblasted branches, which the owner was sifting through. My wife fell in love with the grain, purchasing a number of pieces for future art projects. I got a couple of photos between trips up and down the stairs measuring, carrying, and installing our new banquet (photo to come later).
