Coffee with my Monday friends - and a couple more lovely ladies joined us. Trying to persuade me that I want to get up before 5am on Thursday to join them on the beach, camera in hand, as they go for a sunrise dip! And, no, there's not the slightest chance I will be getting in the water!!!
