"The Weeping Eye" mural in Northcote Lane, Roath, Cardiff, South Wales (UK) painted by street artist MyDogSighs to highlight the Ukraine invasion by Russia.  The Portsmouth artist was in Cardiff and painted the weeping eye in Ukrainian colours in support. The eye is the centre of Kyiv, Ukraine's capitol city which has been heavily bombed by Russian forces.
