On the Bend

I am sure I've blipped this tree before, possibly as an autumn rather than spring time image. Anyway, it looked good in the early evening light as Annie and I had taken a walk down to Eythrope after work. Not a cloud in the sky tonight (unlike yesterday), compare the extra image to yesterday's blip for a comparison.

An interesting camera club evening, back in January we ran an evening to inspire members to get out their cameras and shoot in the winter, whether that was making the most of the muted colours, the barren trees, early sunsets and sunrises or simply to use dark evening to play indoors with tabletop photography. Tonight we got a chance to see what members had been doing. The result, a wide range of images in all those categories along with a chance for members to talk about them. It was a good chance to see what people had got up to outside of shooting for regular competitions.
