Calories and carbs

Oh the tears... I had to go to London this evening, tears this morning, tears after school. Porridge and golden syrup before swimming and bingo, all is right in the world.

The husband earned maximum points this evening. I dropped him, boys and bikes at the swimming pool, left for London. He did the swimming lessons and cycled home with them. The DVLA is a dirty word in our house. 

Very interesting talk about Ukraine this evening from a man who knows a lot about it. 

Today I'm grateful for:
The husband chasing the cat out of the bedroom at 6am, when you get home past midnight, you don't appreciate the cat at 6am
Teamwork with the husband to get me to London and boys swimming
Seeing friends and colleagues this evening and an insight into world events
