Cactus Repair Part 2!

So after repotting my old cactus recently, I decided to give him another treat by decorating his pot. I made a little cross stitch design, complete with French knots (I'm still no good at them) where his new flowers are coming in!

I'm not sure how I'll attach it, fabric glue often hasn't worked on aida for me before, but I'm sure there must be a way!
