Old and new

Reflections for Abstract Thursday.

Some handsome Edinburgh houses reflected in the window of what I find a rather strange, ugly building. I’ve never figured out whether it’s a house  or some sort of office, or whether it’s actually occupied. No doubt it has impressive views over the Water of Leith from inside, but from the outside it’s a bit of a blot on the landscape.

Still doing well (fingers crossed) - I’ve been spraying it with a garlic concoction I made up in the hopes of repelling any pests.
