Avery did smile, just not for the camera.
Another visit with the youngest family members.
Shoe update: bought clearance pair from Target for $5.99. They will get me home.
By request from my Dad, I made his mom’s stew recipe (to the best of my memory and Dad’s). Simple ground beef stew with a tomato base. He thoroughly enjoyed it as did all of the meat eaters.
Great visit - head home tomorrow
