Blossom

Probably the warmest day yet, blue skies and sunshine!

This morning K and I set off early for Coggeshall to NT Paycockes House and gardens. We went on the first tour of the day with a knowledgeable guide.  This Tudor merchant's house was originally built by a successful woollen cloth merchant,Thomas Paycocke.  In extras I have shown the front of the house from the road.
In the afternoon we went on to Markshall Estate, arboretum, lakes, wood walks and a walled garden.  Also had a nice cup of tea and cake!  A lovely day.  The blossom was taken near a pond and the magnolias we walked by, extra
