The Lozarithm Lens

The Front Yard (Thursday 24th March 2022)

Gardening notes: Last year the camellia grew very healthily and had fine green leaves, but only produced two or three blooms. Since then it has been fed regularly with rain water strained with recycled tea-bags in a 4pt plastic milk carton. Whether related to this or not, this year it has dozens of flowers waiting to bloom, some now starting to emerge. The tea plant (Camellia sinensis) is closely related to this Camellia japonica. There are over 80 varieties but as it was a gift I don't know which one this is.

Low - Let's Stay Together (2018)
Cillian Murphy's 6 Music show of 26 May 2019 provided yesterday's LOTD when rebroadcast recently, and also this radical reworking of Al Green's classic. I'm trying to forget another big hit of the same song.
