Taylor Hawkins

Awoke to the very sad news that Taylor Hawkins had died. Utterly fantastic drummer, great singer and all round splendid chap. What a loss. I think some Foo Fighters will be in our set for our next gig.

I’ve spent the day working in Alfs car, one of the front brakes has been binding so he has bought new pads, disks and service kits for the callipers

What a huge pain, every nut and bolt was seized took a lot of hammering and skinned knuckles to get it all apart.

We have found the issue, what’s most annoying is that the service kit doesn’t seem to fit so we can’t fix it. We’ve given up for the evening and are now having a beer….
