Exploring the mountains

Started out intending to try a new hike that boasted being flat and mossy… I need flat so loaded up my sticks and Big R and I and cowboy headed out. A long trek to the location but no proper parking so we had to turn around but we’ll try again . Beautiful mountain and river scenery so all was not lost. Maybe we’ll walk later today closer to home as rains have even stopped .
Last week was full of my appointments, cowboys and helping my friend with her chemo treatment etc. Upcoming week will be equally busy but my 73td coming up so that day I’m leaving free to do my own thing and hunt down coconut cake woo hoo!!
